QA/QC Welding Group
We operate as an external quality management team for industrial projects — combining centralised quality supervision, welding/NDT, document control and the preparation of final documentation.
Our team’s experience encompasses the delivery of projects across various industrial sectors – from energy and LNG infrastructure, through offshore and onshore structures, to the automotive industry.
We have been involved in the construction of a floating wind farm in France, the construction of a large-scale LNG storage tank in the Netherlands, as well as in projects relating to industrial and energy structures. Our experience also includes welding inspections of a hydroelectric power station generator stator and quality support for projects carried out for the energy sector.
Our team comprises specialists with IWE and IWI qualifications, as well as certified Level 2 and 3 NDT personnel in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9712, covering VT, PT, MT, UT and RT.
The experience gained through diverse and demanding projects allows us to take a broader view of quality – from the welding process and inspection, through testing and inspections, right through to complete acceptance documentation.
Experience-based project quality management
We combine practical experience in welding, inspection and NDT with project requirements and ISO, EN and ASME standards. Our goal is to provide the client with a single, centralised quality management function that controls risks, the flow of information and the completeness of documentation.
Local inspectors remain close to the production and construction sites, whilst the QA-QC Welding Group provides centralised supervision, report verification, documentation checks and preparation of the project for final acceptance.
